VivaGym Arco do Cego

Fitness Hut, part of the VivaGym Group since 2018, is a leading fitness chain in Portugal. As VivaGym pursues its ambitious growth across Iberia, the group is rebranding and upgrading gyms to strengthen its presence and improve member experiences.

At VivaGym Arco do Cego, this included expanding and upgrading free-weight areas to meet rising demand. CDM Stravitec was entrusted to design and install advanced acoustic solutions, ensuring exceptional noise and vibration control. Stravigym XP with dBooster® was installed in the expanded free-weight area, while the existing floating floor was enhanced with GympactLayer-45. The strength zone was also upgraded with Stravigym XP combined with GympactLayer-45 to achieve top-tier acoustic performance.

The project was completed within a week, while the gym remained fully operational, ensuring minimal disruption. CDM Stravitec’s tailored approach delivered seamless leveling and a professional finish, supporting VivaGym's vision for enhanced user experiences.
