Condomínio Unique Benfica

Located in Lisbon, near Alto dos Moinhos metro and Benfica Stadium, UNIQUE BENFICA stands out with its elegant architecture by ARX studio, designed by José Mateus. This exclusive development features 38 spacious flats (1 to 4 bedrooms) across two seven-story buildings, all with abundant natural light and panoramic terraces or balconies. The outdoor area includes a terraced garden, a heated infinity pool with a waterfall, and penthouses with private pools.
The four rooftop pools in this project posed several design challenges, particularly the need to mitigate structure-borne noise caused by activities such as diving and playing.

To address this, the Stravifloor Mat was chosen as the elastic suspension system for the pool structure. 
The solution includes a double layer of wavy Stravifloor Mat-W25_x covering the bottom, while a custom 20 mm (13/16’’) flat Stravifloor Mat was applied to the pool walls, ensuring effective noise isolation.
