The Browers Beato

Browers Beato is a 700-square-meter restaurant space, located in the building of the former Lisbon Military Maintenance Power Station, dedicated to the production of craft beer, catering and music, with a regular program of concerts, cultural workshops and breweries.
Integrated in the Beato Innovation District, this space takes on the spirit of traditional Portuguese breweries, in a modern and relaxed atmosphere, to provide a new way of drinking beer, as it crosses the factory, also having the largest bar in the country with about 30 meters which accommodates 40 tall seats.

The acoustic design for this project specified a high-performance isolation solution aimed not only at minimizing noise disturbances to the surrounding residential and commercial areas but also at controlling internal acoustic disruptions caused by rain impact on the roof.
To achieve optimal results, a specific type of Stravifloor Batten was meticulously chosen for this construction.
This solution, featuring resilient strips and high-performance vibration isolation pads, effectively reduces both structural noise and airborne sound transmission. By combining robust acoustic isolation with exceptional durability, the system not only ensures a quieter environment for building occupants but also reduces noise impact on neighboring properties, enhancing the overall acoustic comfort for everyone in and around the building.
