Bowlero, renowned for offering a top-notch bowling and nightlife experience, is the largest owner and operator of bowling centers worldwide. Their recent addition to the heart of Downtown Miami, the Miami Worldcenter, exemplifies their commitment to excellence. Spanning 27 acres and valued at $6 billion, the Miami Worldcenter is a premier mixed-use development.
The inclusion of a Bowlero bowling alley was a highly anticipated addition. However, the inherent noise and vibrations posed significant challenges, necessitating effective isolation solutions to maintain the traditional comfort and precision demanded by bowling enthusiasts.
To address these challenges, CDM Stravitec implemented their bespoke Stravifloor Deck solution. This custom-engineered system effectively isolated the bowling alleys from the building's structure, ensuring that the impact of bowling balls was contained to the pins and not felt elsewhere.
The collaboration between Bowlero and CDM Stravitec has successfully integrated a state-of-the-art bowling facility into the Miami Worldcenter.
This partnership addressed the noise and vibration challenges and ensured a seamless and aesthetically pleasing addition to one of Miami's most prestigious developments.
