At CDM Stravitec, we continuously strive to create a workplace where our employees feel valued and motivated. We are a multicultural team, present in 10 countries, speak over 12 languages, and apply an incredible breadth and depth of experience to our work. 

This year, we decided to participate in the employee satisfaction survey conducted by Great Place to Work.

CDM Stravitec is proud to be Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for the 2024 year. The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at CDM Stravitec. This year, 85% of employees said it’s a Great Place To Work.

We thank all our colleagues for participating in the Great Place to Work survey. We are incredibly proud and grateful that no less than 90% of our colleagues provided their valuable feedback

Why We Participate

Gaining Valuable Insight:
The Great Place To Work survey provides deep insights into how our employees experience their workplace. It helps us understand what is going well and where improvements are needed. This
feedback is essential for making strategic decisions that enhance our work culture and environment.

Increasing Employee Engagement:
When employees see that their opinions are taken seriously, they feel more engaged with the company. Demonstrating our commitment by conducting such a survey strengthens the trust and loyalty of our employees.

Improving Workplace Culture:
With the survey results, we can take targeted actions to strengthen our workplace culture. This can range from improving communication channels to implementing new initiatives that promote employee well-being and satisfaction.

Attracting New Talent:
A certification by Great Place To Work is a powerful way to show that CDM Stravitec is an excellent employer. This not only helps us retain current employees but also attract new talent looking for a positive and supportive work environment.

What we will do next?

We aim to improve and raise the bar in 2025! After achieving great results, we are organizing workshops with various teams and countries, bringing together over 110 colleagues to better understand our performance and identify areas for improvement. This will help us elevate our standards even further for next year. Although we have received five certificates, we are eager to grow and continue raising the bar in 2025!
