VivaGym Castellón Norte

VivaGym Castellón Norte is a new club within the VivaGym network in Castellón de la Plana, Spain.

As part of the development of this facility, acoustic performance was considered from the earliest stages of the project.
To identify the most suitable flooring solution for the different training zones, on-site acoustic testing was carried out to assess the expected impact of gym activities and ensure that noise and vibration levels could be effectively managed throughout the facility.

Following the acoustic assessment done by Silens Servicios y Tecnología Acústica, CDM Stravitec supplied and installed Stravigym HP incorporating dBooster® Technology in the light free weight and functional training areas, and Stravigym XP with dBooster® Technology, combined with Stravigym GympactLayer-45, in the heavy free weights zone, including the mega rack and dumbbell rack areas.

By tailoring the solution to the specific requirements of each training area, the project achieved the required level of vibration isolation whilst optimising floor performance throughout the club.
