Formerly known as the Puskás Ferenc Stadion, Puskás Aréna is a football stadium in the 14th district of Budapest, Hungary. The original national soccer stadium was built in the first half of the 1950s with a capacity of over 90.000 spectators.

In the autumn of 2016 the old Puskás Ferenc Stadion was demolished to make room for the new football temple. Over the decades, some parts of the concrete structure became out of date and dangerous as a consequence, and as a result, some parts of it had to be closed, limiting the capacity significantly.

As one of the venues of the 2020 UEFA European Football Championship, the Hungarian government decided to replace the outdated stadium with a new 66.000 capacity one. In respect of the former structure, the new stadium shows similarities with its predecessor, while equipped with all the state-of-the-art technology.

In order to comply with the strict regulations, the air-handling units installed at the new Puskás Aréna were placed on Stravimech Bearing-P elastomeric isolator pads. The resilient pads are tuned to the specified performance under the specific load of each machine. In addition, the type of Stravimech Bearing-P pad was chosen taking into account the chemical and biological exposure.
