Qualtrics Gym

Software company Qualtrics' headquarters, situated at Costello House, 1 Clarendon Row, Dublin 2, D02 TA43, stands as a modern symbol of innovation and productivity. The building's new and contemporary offices are complemented by a state-of-the-art gym facility. In order to ensure a peaceful and undisturbed work environment for surrounding offices and rooms, the gym required acoustic and vibration isolation, as specified by the acoustic consultant. 

To meet these exacting standards, CDM Stravitec was chosen to implement our cutting-edge systems, successfully achieving the desired level of sound and vibration isolation, thereby enhancing the overall work experience for everyone within the Qualtrics headquarters.

To address the project's demanding specifications, a Stravifloor XP acoustic floating floor system, renowned for its outstanding sound and vibration isolation capabilities, was  installed. To enhance the acoustic performance even further and mitigate the potential standing wave effect in the air void, mineral wool was integrated between the resilient channels.

To further enhance the gym's functionality and aesthetics, a specialized Stravifloor GympactFloor was placed on top, creating a perfect combination of performance and style. The innovative design of the floor also incorporated a running track through the center of the gym, offering employees a unique and invigorating exercise experience while ensuring minimal disruption to adjacent workspaces. 

With this cutting-edge flooring solution in place, Qualtrics headquarters now boasts a world-class gym facility that perfectly aligns with the company's commitment to employee wellness and productivity.
