Future Mirear

Designed by renowned architect Frederico Valsassina, Future Mirear is a premium residential development located in Miraflores, Oeiras.

The project comprises 182 apartments distributed across 14 floors and was conceived to deliver contemporary living with high standards of comfort and quality.

As part of the rooftop amenities, the development includes a swimming pool, compensation tank and technical room located above residential areas, requiring an effective vibration and noise control solution to ensure occupant comfort.

CDM Stravitec supplied and installed a Stravifloor Deck floating floor solution to isolate two rooftop concrete monobloc structures housing the swimming pool, compensation tank and technical room.

The solution required the complete elastic isolation of the pool structure while accommodating varying load conditions associated with both empty and full pool operation.

Particular attention was given to controlling differential deflections and ensuring compatibility with surrounding services, technical installations and adjacent construction elements.

Stravifloor Deck floating floor solution was engineered to meet the project's acoustic and structural requirements while facilitating an efficient installation process.
