Fitness Park Créteil Soleil

Located on the third floor of the Créteil Soleil Shopping Center, the 800 m² large Fitness Park club was confronted with an acoustic problem due to impact noise from various sports activities taking place. The free weight area in particular, located directly above commercial shops, turned out to be problematic.

With more than 35 years of experience, 250 clubs in France and nearly 700 000 members, the French fitness heavyweight Fitness Park takes every design aspect into consideration and does everything in its power to create the best workout conditions and ensure a good relations with neighboring shop owners and residents. 

CDM Stravitec was commissioned to install a Stravigym XP acoustic floating floor with an engineered impact layer, GympactLayer and patented dBooster^® technology to limited vibration transmission in the building structure.

The lightweight and quick to install floating floor with discrete isolators can withstand and absorb the energy from very high impacts, making it ideal for use in free weight areas.
