Arc de Triomf (Archie)

New residential development in the heart of Barcelona. Archie, is a residential building with fully-equipped one, two and three-bedroom high-end apartments with balconies and hotel-like amenities.

Built on top of the new train station and metro line, vibrations had to be carefully managed to avoid severe noise problems. The lightweight steel structure in combination with the 4Hz resonant frequency requirement made it an engineering challenge.

Stravibase Fix elastic isolation fixations using 3.5Hz Stravibase Spring bearings, with stabilizers, uplift caps, and lateral buffers guarantee total vibration decoupling.
