Hillside Office Building

In the 12^th district of Budapast, situated between the Budapest-Déli Railway Terminal (Déli pályaudvar) and hotel Novotel, the Hillside Office Building was recently erected. The 22,000 sqm LEED Gold-certified landmark office building also includes 400 sqm of retail space, fitness clubs and restaurants. The Hillside Office Building is built in a unique micro-environment

Stravigym HP high-performance floating floors with dBooster® technology were installed to shield the rooms adjacent to the gyms from unwanted noise and vibrations coming from various high-impact fitness activities.

The  HVAC systems of the mixed-use development are placed on a Stravifloor Prefab vibration isolation system, decoupling them from the rest of the structure.

Measurements performed after installation show that noise levels are on average 6-8 dB lower than the target values.
