Park Hyatt Toronto

Park Hyatt Toronto, one of the city's most iconic buildings underwent an exciting transformation. The recently reopened Park Hyatt Hotel and luxury rental apartment complex became a fully modernized two-tower landmark with high-end retail and restaurant options.

The old and demolished connecting pathway has been rebuilt as an expanded multi-level podium housing the hotel lobby, a three-level 10,000 sqf restaurant with a roof deck and 14,000 sqf of event space and a new 600-person capacity ballroom.

Stravibase SpringBox precompressed bearings were installed on top of the steel columns to stop the transmission of unwanted noise and vibrations from these spaces to the rest of the hotel and apartments.
