To support our further growth, we are, for our headquarters in Overijse, looking for a motivated Project Delivery Manager.
Role
We are currently looking for a motivated project delivery manager to join our growing team and help us to improve the execution of our projects. Once a sale is concluded, the project delivery Manager bears responsibility from A to Z to ensure that everything goes according to customer requirements and within the parameters that are defined within the project.
In this position, you will work closely together with a lot of different peoples and departments. A willingness to work in a team environment, following the standards we have in place is a must. A “can-do”, customer-service attitude is crucial.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Coordinate, oversee, motivate and encourage the project from the preliminary stage, over production to delivery of materials to site for installation
Develop programmes and schedules to achieve project deadlines and ensure
efficiency
You are the SPOC for all internal & external parties
Participate in project design meetings to facilitate collaboration and coordination,
both with the external client and the internal team
Support the engineering department in providing the necessary information required to develop a quotation
Supervise project budgeting and cost analysis and manage all project related finances adherence to project processes and procedures
Lead the production phase and follow-up for timely deliveries to site
Once the goods are produced, liaise with the logistic coordinator to ensure smooth transport.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technology
A solid background in project management within construction market
A strong negotiator, planner and organiser
A creative and motivated individual
An excellent communicator and a good team player with the ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally
A can-do, flexible attitude and hands on approach coupled with a desire to succeed
Professional in manner and able to be a respected ambassador for the business
The ability to make difficult decisions and to take a calm and measured approach in an often-pressured environment which involves working to tight deadlines to achieve results
A motivated self-starter able to identify and implement improvement ideas
Comprehensive PC Skills including the familiarity of the Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Proficiency in the use of CAD preferred
